STANLEY COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES

March 18, 2025

The special meeting of the Stanley County Commission was called to order at 5:00 P.M. (CT) by Chairman Craig Heller, with Commissioners Mike Kenzy, Dana Iversen, Sonny Harrowa and Gary Grittner present. Also present was State’s Attorney Tom P. Maher, Sheriff Brad Rathbun, Deputy Sheriff Dustin Baxter, Hughes County Commissioner Rob Fines, Hughes County Commission Assistant Lori Jacobson, Hughes/Stanley Emergency Manager AJ Rounds, and Auditor Philena Burtch. The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

AGENDA:  Motion by Sonny Harrowa, second by Dana Iversen, to approve the Agenda. All voted Aye.  Motion Carried.

Executive Session – Personnel – SDCL 1-25-2(4): Motion by Dana Iversen, second by Mike Kenzy, to go into Executive Session-Personnel-SDCL 1-25-2(4) at 5:02 P.M. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

Chairman Heller declared to reconvene at 5:50 P.M.

ADJOURN: Motion by Gary Grittner, second by Dana Iversen, to adjourn at 5:51 P.M. All voted Aye.  Motion Carried.
