AGENDA:  Motion by Scott, seconded by Davenport to approve the agenda.  All voted aye.  Motion carried.                                                                                                                                                              

DISCUSSION:  Jacobson mentioned that he received a call regarding 4-H finals and that he is concerned that there is too much water.  Scott stated that he feels that the event should be held as it’s in a central location.  Jacobson will refer calls to Scott and Iversen.                                                                          

AUDITOR:  Jacobson said that they had talked to the Deputy Auditor about the Auditor’s position.  Sass stated that she is not interested in the position.  Booth recommends placing an ad in the paper and contacting Career Services.  Scott asked if Sass was going to stay in the position and she said that she is planning to stay but feels that she is a valued employee and should be compensated accordingly so she continues to look for another position.  Kroll read the job duties/description for the Auditor as listed on the County website.  Discussion followed on placing the ad.  Applications will be due by 5:00 p.m. on July 20, 2011 at the Auditor’s Office.  Motion by Iversen, seconded by Scott to advertise the Auditor’s position in the paper as well as with Career Services.  All voted aye.  Motion carried.
