STANLEY COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES

August 8, 2023

The special meeting of the Stanley County Commission was called to order at 5:24 p.m. (CDT) by Chairman Dana Iversen, with Commissioners Craig Heller and Gary Grittner present. Commissioner Sonny Harrowa recused himself. Commissioner Mike Kenzy was absent. Also present was State’s Attorney Tom P. Maher. The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

AGENDA:  Motion by Craig Heller, second by Gary Grittner, to approve the Agenda. All voted Aye.  Motion Carried.

Executive Session – Legal – SDCL 1-25-2(3): Motion by Craig Heller, second by Gary Grittner, to go into Executive Session-Legal-SDCL 1-25-2(3) at 5:25 P.M. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

Chairman Iversen declared to reconvene at 8:54 P.M.

ADJOURN: Motion by Craig Heller, second by Gary Grittner, to adjourn at 8:55 P.M. All voted Aye.  Motion Carried.
